KCS Heating & Air provides three maintenance agreements detailed below. Each full system in a home requires its own plan. Plans expire one (1) year from the contract start date.
Please note that the Red Plan requires a technician’s assessment to determine eligibility.Â
Blue Plan
$229/per year
Includes 2 maintenance checks per year (Seasonal Heating inspection & Seasonal Air Conditioning inspection)
Priority Call Service: Technician will be onsite within 24 hours of initial call for emergency service only

All labor included
Up to 1lb of refrigerant (410a only, r22 is not covered)
All parts included, except terminal failures such as leaking coils, heat exchangers, and compressors
White Plan

PLEASE NOTE: 1) PLANS ARE NOT TRANSFERRABLE TO NEW HOMES AS THE PLAN IS SPECIFIC TO EACH UNIT. 2) 5% Service Discount does not apply to system installations. 3) It is the customer’s responsibility to schedule maintenance appointments. While KCS does send reminder emails, we cannot guarantee delivery, as emails may occasionally be routed to spam. Any unused maintenance visits will not carry over.
